**BASIC AND RADIOLOGY IS COMBINED ENROLLMENT**

This Includes all supplies, equipment, handouts and $175.00 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee. Uniforms are to be purchased by the student.
                   The total cost of the program may be paid by using the following payment options:

1. $3,050.00 on or before the first day of class.

2. $550.00 down payment then $158. 00 at the beginning of each class (15 payments)           

  3. $400.00 down payment then $170.00 at the beginning of each class (15 payments)             

  4. $250.00 down payment then $185.00 at the beginning of each class (15 payments)

Payment plan for the Radiology Course:

* $750.00 on or before the first day of class.

* $350.00 down payment then 225.00 at the beginning of class 2 and 3 

                        This option will cost $50.00 extra

 $75.00 registration fee is required 7 days prior to the start of class.

3. $475.00  minimum down payment 2 weeks before the first day of class starts then $150.00 at the beginning of each class (1-5). This option will include $75.00 charge for handling/interest

4. $375.00  minimum down payment 2 weeks before the first day of class starts then $175.00 at the beginning of each class (1-5). This option will include $100.00 charge for handling/interest

5. A minimum down payment  is required 14 days prior to the start of class.
